change of plans

I'm a bit disappointed. I just found out that my cooking class in Grenoble - the one I've been talking about for four months, the one I wrote the FFT grant for - has been canceled due to low enrollment. Okay no, I'm really disappointed. I am working on my backup plan and have to submit a new budget. I know I can meet my linguistic and cultural goals of the original grant, but that I just have to be flexible. If mastering regional cuisine means going to different regions, then by all means, sign me up!
