Well, my days of anonymity are over. Last week, a journalist from Le Réveil came to the collège to interview l'Américaine à Poix. The article appeared in today's edition. Now, it won't just be the bank employees, the women at the Post Office, the Town Hall and the hair salon who recognize me! The interview was pretty disorganized, and I had to rush off to class before I got to explain everything about the exchange; I'm ashamed to admit I didn't even mention Fulbright. Most of what he included in the article is correct... I do wish I'd had time to review it with him. But is it really my place to correct a Frenchman's French?
